		Mercè Marín has a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Barcelona as well as a Master’s degree in Production and Organisation Management. She worked for several multinational companies as buying director before entering the real estate industry.

		Marco Hulsewé obtained a Master’s degree in Business Economics at Maastricht University, and a Management Development Program (PDD) at IESE Business School. In addition, Marco Hulsewé has a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Barcelona. Marco Hulsewé has worked as a strategic management consultant in more then seven countries before specialising himself in the Spanish real estate market.
