PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We manage for small investment groups "turn key" solutions for their real estate investments. We take care of the entire process, reducing the tedious and complicated tasks typically related to real estate investments. The time frame investment normally ranges from 12 to 36 months.

• Look for an attractive investment opportunity (plot or residential building)
• Organise the acquisition and solve whatever legal or urban planning impediment.
• Supervise the edification or renovation process
• Manage the sale to the end user

 

           
           
There are two investment options
•

Private investment: the investor provides the entire capital and VillaHispana supplys the project management. This option requires a minimum investment of 500,000 €.

• Shared investment: the investor obtains a part in a real estate project, in which the VillaHispana projectteam has a direct share. This is option requires a minimum investment of 60.000€.
